Resistance of the poppies 

The inspiration for this piece come from the poem: “As long as there are poppies, one must live on” from Sohrab Sepehri or “Where flowers bloom, so does hope” as Lady Bird Johnson says. For me these poppies represent life, love, hope and resilience that have grown from bones that are symbol of death.

 It is made with 3D resin flowers with a center of animal bones on a wood base.
